Pricing
Pricing is shaped to your vertical.
A print shop, a wholesaler, and an ecommerce brand do not run the same way, so they should not pay against the same meter. Pick your industry below and see the plan built for it. Every plan is scoped before you pay.
Before the plans
Do not pick software in a vacuum.
Bring us one workflow that keeps leaking time: quotes, approvals, invoices, jobs, stock, customer updates, freight, prepress, whatever it is.
In 20 minutes, we map what has to exist: records, screens, handoffs, integrations, automations, and the first AI agent.
Then you get a plain number: platform tier, users, AI usage, and setup. If the math does not make sense, do not buy it.
What the first build includes
The first workflow should arrive with the boring parts handled.
Workflow map from a real call, not a template.
Records, boards, dashboards, and portals shaped around your process.
Data import for the core records needed to go live.
Integration wiring for the tools that matter first.
Training for the team using the workflow.
Thirty days of launch support after the first workflow is live.
Full export if you ever leave.
Choose your vertical
Pick the door that matches your shop.
Each industry page carries its own plan ladder, priced on the meter that actually matches the work.
The bill
The only moving parts.
Platform tier
The base system.
Users
$6 per user per month.
AI credits
Included by tier, with pay-as-you-go if you use more.
Setup
Scoped once we see the workflow. Most small builds start at $2,000.
Bring your own AI keys if you already have OpenAI or Anthropic pricing you like.
Compare it to the work it replaces
SeedOS is not trying to be the cheapest subscription in your stack.
SeedOS pricing should be cheaper than the lost invoices, stale reports, duplicate entry, consultant hours, owner interruptions, and customers waiting for answers.
If the first workflow cannot save more than the monthly bill, start smaller or do not start yet.
What makes this lower risk
Scope first. Roll out only what makes sense.
You see the scope before you pay.
You can start with one workflow.
You can cancel the platform month to month unless your order form says otherwise.
You can export your data.
If we miss the first scoped Plant workflow because of us, we refund the setup for that workflow.
Done For You
The setup is the real product.
A blank platform is cheap because it moves the work to your team. SeedOS is different. That is why setup is scoped. A simple workflow should not pay enterprise money. A messy operation should not be pretended into a $149 checkout.
Map
We help map the process, name the records, and decide what has to be true for the workflow to run.
Build
We import the first records, wire the first tools, build the screens, and shape the first automations.
Launch
We train the team and stay close for the first month while the real work starts moving through SeedOS.
Frequently asked
Questions about the bill.
Why not charge by module?
Because the module is not the value. The value is the workflow running cleanly. Use the modules you need. The plan changes when the size of the operation changes.
Which plan should I choose?
Pricing is shaped to your industry. Pick your vertical above to see the plans built for print, wholesale, ecommerce, or a custom operation. Each plan is scoped before you pay.
What are AI credits?
Credits cover agent runs, Sol questions, and automations that use AI. Each tier includes a monthly pool. If you use more, you can buy more or bring your own AI keys.
Can I cancel?
Yes, month to month by default. Export your data before you leave. If your order form has a different term, that document controls.
What does setup include?
The first workflow map, core data import, initial build, integrations that matter for launch, training, and 30 days of support after go-live.
Can this replace my current tools?
Sometimes yes. Sometimes no. If QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Workspace, or another tool is doing its job, we connect it. If it only exists because nothing else talks, we can replace it.
What if we need more help later?
You can ask for more build work, new agents, new integrations, or workflow changes. We scope that separately so you are not trapped in a retainer.
