Why I built this.
I've been coding for 24 years. I sold my first website at 16.
Since then, I've owned and operated retail shops, ecommerce stores, dropship and Amazon storefronts, a crypto mining operation, a toilet paper plant, a wholesale distributor, a print shop. In every one, my job was the same: build the system that made it run.
What I saw every single time was the same thing. Consultants charging $250 an hour for the time it takes to fill the coffee. Bills hitting hundreds of thousands. SAP and NetSuite implementations dragging into year three. SMBs paying enterprise prices for software that needed an army of data-entry staff just to feed it.
I got fed up.
I remember standing in one of my own shops at 11pm watching a six-figure system fail at what a smart 19-year-old with a spreadsheet could've done in an afternoon. I'd paid for months of “implementation” to get there. That was the night the first version of SeedOS started to take shape.
SeedOS is what I wanted to exist. The depth of any enterprise system, without the consultant on retainer or a four-year operations degree on the wall. The depth is there. The consultants aren't.
I want SMBs to do more than survive this era. I want them to flourish. Small teams, families running real businesses, taking back share from the conglomerates that thought they had it locked.
Here's what I'll promise you: if SeedOS ever needs a consultant on retainer to run it, I've failed at what I set out to do.

We don't bolt AI onto 1998.
Most "AI" in business software is a chatbot taped to a 25-year-old database. SeedOS is the database. The AI reads it, the AI runs it, the human approves it. If we ever ship a "✨ Ask AI" button on top of legacy plumbing, fire us.
