The Platform

The operating layer underneath the business.

The screens your team uses, the work that flows between them, the rules that run on their own, the data underneath, and the AI helpers on top. Six pieces. One business operating layer. Live in days. Smarter every week.

Curious how this would fit your business?Let's sketch it together

For the founder

Get back to being the person who decides, not the person every tiny thing waits on.

SeedOS doesn't take over the business. It takes over the repeatable drag around it: approvals, status checks, file hunts, tool jumping, Friday reporting. The AI helpers prepare the work, pull the records, and ask you for the calls that actually need judgment.

The week feels different when the system remembers where things are, what changed, and what needs your yes. You stop being the place work gets stuck and start being the person steering it.

Under the hood

Six layers, one operating system.

Most software gives you one slice, a CRM, a spreadsheet, an automation tool, and makes your team bridge the rest. SeedOS keeps the six pieces in one place. Each one knows about the others.

Surfaces
Customer PortalProduction BoardSol Chat

The screens your team uses every day: dashboards, boards, customer portal, chat.

Outputs
InvoicesBranded PDFsCustomer EmailsCSV / Excel exports

What your customers see: invoices, branded PDFs, emails, statements.

Processes
ApprovalsProduction PipelineQuote → Order → Bill

How work moves from one step to the next: approvals, handoffs, the quote-to-invoice path.

Automations
Reorder on low stockFriday revenue emailEDI 850 → Order

Rules that run on their own: reorder when stock drops, send Friday's report, flag late invoices.

Data
CustomersOrdersFilesAudit history

Everything your business knows: customers, orders, files, history of what changed.

AI Agents
Quote DrafterMargin WatcherSupport Triager

AI helpers that draft work, watch for issues, and sort what's coming in. Your team always approves anything important.

AI Agents

AI helpers that work inside your business, not chatbots on the side.

A SeedOS agent isn't a chat box bolted onto your screen. It lives in the same records your team uses. One watches production. One drafts quotes. One follows up on support tickets you'd otherwise forget.

They can hand work to each other, but anything that touches a customer, money, or production waits for the rules you set. Agents draft. Your team decides. The system ships the work.

The unsexy stuff that decides if it actually works

The grown-up parts are already there.

This is where most custom software gets expensive. Who can see margin? Who can edit a job? What changed yesterday? Can we undo it? What happens when we add a location or sell in another currency?

SeedOS ships with that plumbing in place: permissions, reporting, audit history, rollback, multi-location, multi-currency, role-based access. It's not flashy. It's the reason the system can run a real business.

The team behind it

Built by people who know where ERP projects usually break.

We've spent years building the parts that rarely make a demo but matter when the system goes live: permissions, roles, audit trails, regional reporting, multi-entity setups, multi-currency, compliance, and the ugly edge cases that show up after week one.

SeedOS takes that ERP foundation and makes it faster to shape around a business. You get the depth of a serious operations system without turning the rollout into a year-long project. See SeedOS pricing or read customer case studies from shops already running on it.

Common questions

What operators actually ask.

Where does my data live, and is it safe?

Your data lives on protected servers. The same kind banks use. It's locked up so only your team can see it. We back it up automatically every day. If anything ever goes wrong, we can roll the clock back to before it broke. Outside security firms audit our setup every year.

Does this talk to my other tools?

Yes. SeedOS connects to over 1,000 tools. QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, your RIP, your 3PL, your accounting, whatever you already use. Whatever you're paying for stays useful. We just put one system on top that makes everything talk to each other.

Who has access to my stuff?

Only the people you say. You decide who sees what, down to the smallest piece. Your salespeople see customers and orders. Your prepress team sees files. Your accountant sees invoices. You can change any of this anytime. Every change is logged, so we can show you who did what, when.

What if your servers go down?

Same as your bank. Multiple backups in different physical locations. If one server has a problem, another takes over within seconds. You'd barely notice. In a worst-case year, we'd be down for less than 8 hours total. Usually much less.

If I leave, do I keep everything?

Yes. Your data is yours. Full export to Excel, spreadsheet, or database anytime. We're month-to-month, no contract trap. If you walk away, you take everything with you. No exit fees. No hostage data.

Can my team change things themselves?

Yes. Most changes happen by typing what you want in plain English. Say "send a reminder when an invoice is 30 days late" and SeedOS builds it. For more unusual things, your developer (or ours) can write custom code. Either way, you're not waiting six months for a vendor to add the feature.

What is the AI actually doing here?

Three things, all visible. First, building the first version: when you describe what you need, AI shapes the first version of the screens, rules, and helpers around your real work. Second, drafting work for your team: AI prepares quotes, replies, summaries. Your team always approves anything important. AI doesn't send things on its own. Third, spotting patterns: as your business changes, AI notices new patterns and suggests improvements. You decide what to keep. No magic claims. AI only works with your real records. It doesn't make up data.

What if I grow into a bigger business, do I outgrow this?

You can't. The system grows with you. Need a new module? We build it into your stack. Adding a second location, another currency, more team members, more buyers? It just keeps working. Companies on SeedOS at month 6 have a different system than the one they signed up for. Better. That's what we mean by "compounding asset."
